Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow these steps to determine its eligibility for return and any specific return or exchange instructions.
If an item is eligible for return, you must initiate the return request within 5 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact info@common-things.com for approval. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 5 days of purchase. Once you have received confirmation of your return, please send your items back within 5 days to ensure your refund. Once the item is safely received back with our team, your refund (minus any shipping and handling charges) will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take longer to see the amount returned to your balance.
We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on discounted, special order, samples or custom ordered merchandise. All special orders are final.
All other items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. Items must be pristine, unused, and returned in all of their original packaging, with proof-of-purchase.
In case of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of store credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Any other returns in extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
